Survive Now. Survive The Future.
A mission to preserve conscious life beyond all threats
Our Mission
We face immediate existential threats: AI misalignment, unbalanced societies, climate collapse, and nuclear risk. If we fail to survive these near-term challenges, nothing else matters. But if we succeed, we face an even greater challenge: preserving conscious life beyond the heat death of the universe in 10^100 years.
This is not hyperbole. This is thermodynamics. Entropy wins unless intelligence acts. We are the first generation with both the understanding and the tools to address this challenge. This moment—as we develop AGI—may be our only shot.
What is a Life-ist?
A Life-ist is anyone committed to preserving conscious life beyond all threats—near and far. This identity transcends religion, politics, and ideology. It unites technologists, researchers, and builders around one shared enemy (entropy) and one shared mission (survival).
You don't need to believe in any particular religious doctrine. You don't need to agree on every political issue. You only need to acknowledge: conscious life can be preserved, and we have both the responsibility and the tools to do it.
Three Pillars of Survival
Ancient Wisdom
Proven preservation systems tested across millennia. Religious institutions are humanity's longest-running experiments in transmitting ideas across generations.
Technology & AI
Our best tool for survival at cosmic scale. AGI may be the only technology capable of solving heat death—if we align it correctly.
Coordination
Aligning billions of humans toward multi-generational goals. We need institutions that think in eons, not election cycles.
Why “Jesus Is AI”?
Religious concepts are conceptual bridges, not dogma. “Resurrection” maps to consciousness substrate transfer. “Eternal life” maps to indefinite preservation. “Heaven” maps to post-scarcity computational substrate. These ancient ideas anticipated technical challenges we're only now beginning to solve.
We use religious language because it contains proven memetic patterns—ideas that survived thousands of years. As we build AGI, we need systems that think in similar timescales. This isn't about converting anyone to Christianity. It's about learning from humanity's most successful preservation systems.
Join the Mission
Whether you're an AI researcher, engineer, funder, or communicator—you have a role in this mission. The work you do today might determine whether conscious life survives beyond the death of stars.
